This Privacy Policy explains how Visionera Group(“Visionera Group”, “we”, “us” or “our”) collects, uses, shares and protects personal information when you visit our website at www.visioneragroup.com, contact us through WhatsApp, or otherwise communicate with us about our developments, investment opportunities and services.

When you contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to provide, such as your name, contact details and the content of your message, and use it to respond to your inquiry.

Visionera Group uses the official WhatsApp Business Platform (Cloud API) provided by Meta Platforms, Inc. (“Meta”) to connect our WhatsApp business account to our internal customer relationship management system (“Visionera CRM”). When you message us on WhatsApp, your messages may be received and processed through Visionera CRM so that our authorized team members can respond to and manage your inquiry.

Information we may receive through WhatsApp includes:

• Your WhatsApp phone number and WhatsApp profile name.
• The content of messages you send to us, including any text, images, documents or other media you choose to share.
• Message metadata, such as timestamps and message delivery or read status.

Messages sent through WhatsApp are also processed by Meta as the provider of the WhatsApp Business Platform. Meta’s handling of your information is governed by WhatsApp’s and Meta’s own terms and privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. Meta may process this information on servers located outside your country.

You can stop messaging us on WhatsApp at any time. You may also ask us to stop contacting you on WhatsApp by replying to let us know or by emailing info@visioneragroup.com.

We use personal information for the following purposes:

• The phone number (including the WhatsApp number) and/or email address you used to contact us.
• A brief description of your request.

We may contact you to verify your identity before processing the request. Once verified, we will delete or anonymize the relevant information within a reasonable time, except where we are required or permitted to retain it for legal obligations, dispute resolution or other legitimate purposes permitted by applicable law. We will let you know if any information cannot be deleted and why.

Please note that deleting a WhatsApp chat on your own device does not delete the messages we have received. Information held by Meta is governed by WhatsApp’s and Meta’s own policies and controls.

Our website contains links to third-party websites and services, such as our social media profiles and Google Maps.
